How we want to work
We aim to plan routes with reasonable notice, communicate schedule changes clearly, and match part-time assignments to customer demand and employee availability. Specific schedules and benefits are confirmed in each written offer.
Our operating approach emphasizes inspection, monitoring, exclusion, sanitation guidance, targeted treatment, label compliance, and careful product handling. We do not claim a third-party climate certification or formal climate pledge.
Fantwin’s practical impact starts locally: creating skilled service work, helping customers understand pest prevention, and building a respectful workplace where people can develop into greater responsibility.
