Quotes are estimates. A licensed technician inspects your property on the first visit and confirms final scope and price before treatment. You may decline service if you do not agree with the on-site evaluation.

2. Appointments

Online scheduling is a request for service. We may contact you by phone, email, or SMS to confirm access, timing, or safety details (pets, children, sensitivities).

3. SMS text messaging terms

Fantwin Pest Control may send transactional text messages to customers who voluntarily opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or by verbally requesting text updates during a phone call.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Deposits are credited toward initial service fees after inspection per our Billing Policy. Monthly plans bill as described at checkout until cancelled.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantwin Pest Control is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve months.
