Core Community Care

The base program is built around scheduled, repeatable services.

Every proposal defines exactly what is included, how often service is performed, which homes and common areas are covered, and what falls outside the base agreement.

Routine Home Pest Care

Scheduled prevention and control for common household pests such as mice, rats, ants, roaches, spiders and wasps
Mosquito and tick service when included in the community scope
Annual termite / wood-destroying insect inspection when included in the plan

Lawn & Property Maintenance

Lawn mowing, edging and blowing on the agreed service schedule
Scheduled fertilization, weed management and routine shrub care
Fall leaf cleanup and seasonal yard cleanup

Defined Winter Service

Snow blowing, shoveling and cleanup for the areas listed in the agreement
Service triggers, snowfall thresholds and response areas are defined before the season
Major storms or work outside the contracted scope can be priced separately

Specialty & Corrective Services

These services vary too much by infestation, structure or repair scope to be treated as unlimited items inside the base community price.

Severe infestations requiring intensive cleanout or specialty treatment
Major landscape restoration or work outside routine lawn maintenance

Christmas Light Program

Professional installation, in-season maintenance, removal, labeled storage and annual reinstallation can be offered directly to participating residents.

Resident-Specific Upgrades

Individual homeowners can request services beyond the community scope and receive a separate estimate without changing the base community agreement.

Community pricing is built after reviewing the number of homes, mowable acreage, common areas, shrubs and beds, snow-clearing areas, service frequency and expected resident participation. This protects the community from paying for services it does not need and keeps the service scope realistic.
