Droppings, and where exactly
Size separates a mouse from a rat, and location tells us which runways to inspect. Under a sink, along a baseboard, on a joist in the basement and in the back of a drawer are four different stories.

Use the service request form to identify the pest category, your contact information, property address, affected areas, and any information that may help the inspection.
Service-area company
Fantwin travels to customer properties and does not present a mailing location as a walk-in pest-control office.
The request goes to Fantwin directly. Here is the sequence it moves through, so you know what you are waiting for.
01
The pest, the rooms involved and the property type change the scope enough that the request is read before anyone talks about a number. Nothing is auto-quoted from a form field.
02
Two lines about scratching in a ceiling is a different job depending on whether it is a single-story ranch or the top floor of a row home. Expect a couple of questions rather than a guess.
03
Most work starts with someone walking the property, inside and out, looking for entry points, harborage, moisture and evidence rather than treating the room where the pest was seen.
04
A range can be given in advance. The figure that matters comes from what the property actually shows, which is why the visit happens before the commitment rather than after it.
05
You are told what is being done, where, and what product category it falls under, and you agree to it before the work starts.
06
Sealing and trapping are checked rather than assumed. On rodent jobs the return visit is part of the plan from the start, not something introduced afterwards.
None of this is required to send the form. Every item you can answer moves the job forward by roughly one exchange.
Rodent work is the largest part of what Fantwin does, and it is the service where the description you send changes the visit most. Six details worth writing down before you submit.
Size separates a mouse from a rat, and location tells us which runways to inspect. Under a sink, along a baseboard, on a joist in the basement and in the back of a drawer are four different stories.
Scratching overhead is a different route from scratching inside a wall, and the hour it starts narrows both the species and where it is entering.
Chewed packaging, grease marks along a wall, shredded insulation or paper, and gnawing on plastic, wiring or wood all point at how long this has been going on.
Gaps where the siding meets the foundation, utility and dryer penetrations, a garage door seal that no longer touches the ground, and vegetation resting against the wall are where most of the work ends up.
Twins, row homes, condominiums and apartments share voids, and activity moves through them. Say so in the form — it decides whether the plan can stop at your unit.
Snap traps, hardware-store bait, steel wool, foam. Knowing what is already in place stops us duplicating it and tells us how the population has been behaving since.
The request form is open around the clock. A form being open and somebody reading it are two different things, so a request sent overnight is picked up in the morning rather than answered at three in the morning.
Fantwin schedules by route out of a Clementon base in Camden County. Towns close to that base are usually easier to fit into a day that is already running, and the further a property is from it, the more the appointment depends on what else is booked that day.
If your town is not on the service-area list, send the address anyway rather than assuming. Route availability is confirmed against the actual address before anything is booked, and a clear no is more useful to you than silence.
Outdoor work moves with the weather. Wind, rain and temperature affect application and stinging-insect work in particular, so an outdoor appointment can be rescheduled for reasons that have nothing to do with the schedule being full.
Saying no quickly is more useful than a maybe, so these are the limits before you write.
No. Fantwin does not hold a wildlife control permit, so we do not trap or remove wildlife. If that is what you have, we will tell you and refer you to a licensed wildlife-control operator.
Pennsylvania properties are exclusion and repair only until reciprocity is approved, so a request for pesticide treatment on that side of the river cannot be booked yet.
Termite and other wood-destroying insect work is authorized under New Jersey category 7B and is quoted separately from a general pest plan, so name termite in the form if that is what you suspect rather than filing it under general pest control.
If a request falls outside the license, the current route or the season for that pest, you will be told so instead of being booked for a visit that cannot do what you need.
Each of these has its own page describing local property conditions, the pests that come up most there, and how service is scheduled in that town. The full directory of communities is on the service areas page.
